For those who are already subscribers to this MTB Practice Lab newsletter, taking the Challenge provides an opportunity to mentally engage (wrestle?) with some of the concepts that I’ve been writing about since July 2022. It’s a mini-course with quizzes, polls, and open-ended questions mixed in with reading, watching, and listening.
